5 Great Toys for Outside Fun

Spring has sprung and all of the kids are now outside running around with their friends.  I’ve now spent time shopping for simple outdoor toys to replenish our stash from last Fall when the cold brought us indoors.

 

Some of our favorite simple outdoor toys are:

Sidewalk chalk

We keep a large stash of chalk and seem to still need to resupply as the Summer progresses. Chalk is perfect for drawing and painting(just add water) and for that impromptu game of hopscotch. I love that Crayola makes a 48 pack!

 

Jump ropes

Single and double ropes are a requirement here for lots of outdoor fun! We love these durable braided ropes from Creative Kidstuff.

Water play

I love a fun new sprinkler every year to mix-up the fun for the kids. How cool is this Geyser Blast!

Sports

It’s great to pick up some new balls to kick around and for playing catching and a pick-up game of baseball or soccer. Love this sports set.

 

And let’s not forget bubbles! I love the colored bubbles from Crayola!
