Must Have Mom Gadgets from Brookstone

In Geek Meets Chic, Tech by Christina Montoya FiedlerLeave a Comment

Whether you’re grabbing a few items for yourself, or getting a jump on your Christmas shopping (yes, I went there), Brookstone has a wealth of gadgets this Fall. And they are perfect for busy moms. I was lucky enough to get a first hand glimpse of these sparkly new “toys” and I know that there are a few that are going on my wish list. Here are a few of my favorites:

Virtual Key Board

Retail price: $99.99

I’m not going to lie when I say that this seems like something out of Star Trek. What looks like an ordinary key chain is actually a device with laser technology that projects a touch-sensitive keyboard on any surface. It links right up with your smart phone for easy typing anywhere. Just find a surface, connect via Bluetooth, and get typing. We are truly living in the future.

Tech-Grip Clip Case for the iPad

Retail price: $39.99

This case is made from Brookstone’s new rubberized Tech Grip material that holds tight from a stronger grip and fewer drops. Adjust your view to choose from three different angles for gaming, writing, reading and more. The case comes in four sassy colors. I’m loving the pink.

HDMI Pocket Projector

Retail price:  $299.99

This universal projector works with most smartphones, tablets, computers, cameras, and gaming consoles. Turn it on and project for an incredibly clear, sharp image up to 60″.  Schedule a family movie night outdoors or show off your family’s vacation pics on any wall of the house.

Brookstone iConvert Scanner for iPad Tablets

Retail price: $149.99

What I would have given to have this in college. I could have easily scanned notes, sketches, and more. Now I want one to upload photos, children’s art work, and work receipts. My, how times have changed. Dock your iPad into the scanner and press a single button to scan and upload.

Boogie Board LCD Tablets

Retail price: $39.99

In store, I could not put this product down. It’s a fun and functional gadget for writing notes, making lists and more. It’s a fun and earth friendly substitute for pad and paper. Plus, it could really keep a kid busy on a long car ride without the mess of markers. Erase with the touch of a button.

All Brookstone products are available in store and online.

Moms, what would you put on your Brookstone wish list?
