My son was thrilled to receive his Cars 2 swag bag – finally an event where Mom didn’t come home with a bunch of savvy sassy girl stuff! He broke into that bag like it was Christmas morning and instantly had to play with the Vtech Cars Lightning McQueen Learning Laptop. This is a fantastic toy and I highly recommend it for any Cars fans, Birthday presents or just because! There is a whole new line of Cars 2 toys because of the new characters, Holly Shiftwell and Finn McMissile. My son cannot put down his Cars 2 Spy Shifters Transforming Finn McMissile. We also got a Lightening McQueen costume, to which i thought he would just shove to the side and maybe forget about, but oh no! Hudson has worn this costume out to breakfast, at the dinner table and even to bed! I think this will be the summer that I literally lived and breathed Cars 2.
I would normally never brag about how adorable my son is, but come on people!

I think this is such a good idea to combine a learning laptop with such a successful kids movie!! On the subject of movies tho…
Ok, so I am alwyas trying to find good, family friend TV shows that I can watch with my hubby and kids. The selection is somewhat limiting because shows are being very inappropriate now a days.
But I heard of this new show coming out called iKid and I am pretty sure the basis of the show is the host puts kids in really funny situations and the kids respond very humorously. The show is supposed to be really funny and something the whole family can enjoy. I personally love shows where I see kids doing really funny things because I can relate alot of it to things my kid does.
Has anyone else heard of this show? I saw it on RYANSEACREST.com when I was updating my celeb fix! Check it out and let me know if you agree and think it would be a good show!!
