Moms, Moms , Moms…. You’ve heard me say it before, but I am going to say it again.  You must take care of yourself.  I am the #1 selfish mom when it come to carving out at least 30 minutes a day for myself.  I’ve mastered it and I make no apologies.

You have to do it, you are sure to go crazy if you don’t.  If you cannot sneak in 30 minutes (which you can) then you at least owe it to yourself to take 5 minutes each morning.  Watch the latest Jenny Iseman show that shows you how to start your day with a few simple stretches to get you up and out of bed with a little more pep in your step!  Your 30+ something body will thank you.
