I literally put eating on my To Do List! and schedule my meals and set up Food Alerts on my phone! I need reminders and I like the feeling of accomplishment and nothing beats crossing everything off your TO Do List! By taking a break and refueling my energy I can get even more done in a day!
So if you have any eating or time management issues, set up reminders, post it notes, alerts, or simply put it on your schedule everyday. It’s just as important as the rest of the things you need to do!
