It’s the book all of us women were talking about in 2012 so naturally it would become a fashion trend. I wasn’t so sure I would join in on this risque trend but I will say it’s growing on me. There is no shortage of outfits to choose from in faux leather and lace, it is everywhere right now. Here are a few of my favorites.
- This faux leather dress with lace detail around the neckline and back is by Oasis and if you are thinking of joining in on the trend, this would be an inexpensive start at just $45.00.
- Here we have a drop waist faux leather shift dress that is fairly subtle. Since it has a bit of a pleated waist it reminds me of a simple version of the dress Jennifer Aniston wore to the People’s Choice Awards.
- If you are willing to dive head first into the trend this might be the dress for you but I’ll warn you it comes with a big price tag and it shows a lot of skin. This fully lined adjustable strap faux leather dress is by Roy Edelman and can be yours at the price of $352. Ouch!
- Here is another good combination of leather and lace. This faux leather dress has a lace bodice and appears to be a little on the short side. Make sure you throw on a great pair of stilettos to make those legs look extra long ladies!
Will you be joining in on the Fifty Shades of Gray Trend?
