Every woman needs a good body scrub and you can actually make one at home in less than 5 minutes! Why spend a fortune when you can whip up a more natural body scrub with just a few items from your pantry? As a coffee fanatic, I love this easy DIY recipe for a caffeinated body scrub!
1 cup brown or white sugar
5 tbsp coffee grounds
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (you can also use almond oil or baby oil)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp peppermint extract
Mix the sugar and coffee, then slowly add the oil to coat. You can adjust this recipe to your liking depending on how thick or thin you like your scrub. Add in your extracts and feel free to get creative using whatever extracts smell good to you! Why not try using flavored coffee for a different fragrance? I have blueberry coffee that would probably make a great body scrub.
