Now that back-to-school is over and my kiddos own personal styles are truly popping out of the woodwork. It’s so funny to see which clothes and shoes they gravitate towards out of the things they picked when we shopped at the end of the summer. One brand that never goes out of style and is on constant rotation at our house is etnies!
Kid style that lasts
Everett’s go-to shoe is the etnies Marana. He loves them because they are super cool looking and they help him run fast at recess. I love them because they never show dirt and mud (no matter how much rainy day fun he has!) and they can easily be worn to dinner with family or when he needs to dress up a bit more without skipping a step.
On the other hand, Meg’s signature skate style is the etnies Scout, which she adores. They are super lightweight and easy to put on, two important features for a second grader who never stops moving! This is a girl who loves, loves, loves her patterns and prints and while this pair is more on the plain side of their styles, they have plenty of crazy cool styles to pick from, too.

Okay, let’s not forget about us, Mom and Dad! I admit that every time I order a new pair of etnies for the kiddos, I sneak a pair in for myself, too. The etnies Women’s Scout Low-Top Active Shoe is certainly my favorite pair… and especially in a fun print. Just like Meg’s pair, they are so lightweight, making them perfect for days when I’m running a million mom errands and I need a more support than a pair of flats, but want to wear something cooler than my boring running shoes. Just don’t tell my kids that I’m stealing their style!
