As a self proclaimed Netflix addict and couch potato, I am always in search for the next best TV show to finish in one sitting. Just a few hours ago, I finished one of my latest Binge Worthy Shows. And now I am already on the lookout for my next best series to watch. Do you find one of the topics when you meet up with friends, “what show are you watching on Netflix or Amazon Prime?” I have to say that I’m kind of addicted when it comes to series, documentaries, movies and reality tv shows. I feel like I am constantly interviewing people about what they are binge-watching so that I can get my next fix based on their recommendation. The results rarely disappoint.
There are so many shows, so little time and so many recommendations. After asking everyone and previewing their suggestions, I have come to realize that my taste is somewhat particular. For me to really get into a show, I have to absolutely fall in love with the characters, and it absolutely CANNOT get corny halfway through. When I’m watching a series, I need it to be believable, first and foremost, so I can really engage with the plotline. From one binge-watcher to another, I am sharing everything that I have seen and enjoyed so that you can set forth on your next binge. Meanwhile, I am not listing the other 50 that I have started and not yet finished.
In the meantime, I will continue to ask friends what they are watching and possibly preview an episode or two before binge watching an entire series.
