Need something warm in the morning to fill that belly?  You’ll want to try Coach’s Oats, its a different kind of Oat Meal and by different I mean yummy and we dig it over here at the Savvy Sassy house!

Oatmeal 101
I’m not sure how much you know about Oats but their a little mis-understood.   There are traditional Steel Cut oats which take 30 to 45 minutes to cook on the stovetop only, they are not microwavable.  These are not very convenient for Moms navigating the crazy morning routine.    Rolled oats (those boxed ones) are pressed flat, can cook more quickly than steel cut oats, but lose their nutty texture and natural flavor from the pressing.

So what’s an Oat to do?  Get “Cracked n Toasted”  the Coach’s Oats Way!  The oats are toasted to bring the natural sugars to the surface of the oat, then cracked into small pieces.  These oats stay firm, taste great without losing their natural flavors and can cook over the stove or in the microwave for 3-5 minutes!  Looks like we have a winner.

Savvy Sassy Suggests:  Eat Coach’s Oats with Diced Apples, Cran-Raisins, Walnuts, Sugar and Cinnamon.  Fills up my belly and gives me great energy to start my day!
