Summer shoe trends: wedges and espadrilles

Summer is just around the corner, and with it comes the need for new shoes. I mean, really, I can find any excuse for new shoes. One of the hottest trends this summer for shoes is wedges and espadrilles. They just go so well with tan skin and bare legs. I rounded up a few of the cutest ones I could find to help you build your summer collection.

Wedges are comfortable and cute

The great thing about wedges is that they give you the height while being comfortable at the same time. The wedge is a mom’s best friend, as you still look fashionable and can still rock the heels without having to worry about walking on stilts. I am a huge fan of wedges and even prefer them over regular heels, because they combine comfort and style. If you’re chasing around a little one, this combination is key!

Espadrilles to rock all summer long

Espadrilles just scream summer, don’t they? They give off a cute yet casual vibe, and are the perfect vacation shoe. Rock these shoes with a little summer dress or some jean cut offs and big sunglasses, and you’re ready for your day in the sun.
