5 Great Beauty Products Under $5

After many years of curating a list of fantastic beauty products I have many favorites, but I thought I’d share 5 great products under $5.

We’ve all seen the best of the best in beauty products that cost an arm and a leg. Stars rave about moisturizers that are $150 a jar. While I don’t doubt those products are amazing, I don’t have $150 to spend on beauty products, let alone for 1 jar of moisturizer. I have found many many products over the years that wowed me in an affordable price range so why not share 5 great ones under $5.

The first one I’m going to share with you is $1. No I did not forget any zeros, it is $1. It’s the e.l.f. Cosmetics Luscious Liquid Lipstick. You can buy these at Target, and for a $1 there isn’t a color that I don’t like. My favorite and the staple in my purse makeup bag is Maple Sugar. It is the perfect neutral lip color.

Several months ago I was looking for a teal color nail polish, but didn’t want to spend a ton of money. I found a great one (or 3) by Wet ‘n Wild. For $.99 to $2.99 they are really great colors, and long lasting too. I will say that I’m dying to try the new Fergie line of colors, and I know my 3.5 year old would love the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Finding a good blush and one that stays on in great colors is a combination that is hard to find. So imagine my surprise when I came across the Rimmel London Lasting Finish Blush Powder in Autumn Catwalk. You can blend the 3 colors many different ways. Oh and I forgot to mention that it’s only $4.99.

Looking for a great eye shadow color? Look no further than the L’Oreal Paris Studio Secrets Professional Eye Shadow Singlesin Glistening Sea. It’s a beautiful green teal color for $3.85, and looks great on everyone.

I have tried a lot of eyeliners and one thing that I hate is eyeliners that are uber difficult to get on because they are so hard. When I happened to buy the Maybelline New York Define-A-Line Eyeliner in Slate Grey for $4.20 I instantly fell in love with the easy glide pencil. It is a self sharpening pencil that is easy blendable especially with the smudger attached to it. The best part is that grey is the perfect color for everyone. It’s not as harsh as black can be, but still has a va-va-voom to it.

Have you fallen in love with a great beauty product under $5? If so, please share…I need to try some new great ones.
