Great list! I live in DC and there are more kid-friendly places here than anywhere else in the US, hands down. Some of my girls faves: The Botanical Gardens, The National Portrait Gallery, The US Postal Museum (which, for some reason, is never very busy), The Air and Space Museum (especially the Elmo planetarium show). I could go on forever…
