We are very excited to continue to keep you informed regarding the latest News as the fashion continues during New York Fashion Week! We are sharing designer Janelle Funari Spring 2018 collection!

Janelle Funari’s shows always prove to be “performative” and this one definitely did not disappoint! The opening show, at the “Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum” entitled the “Egyptian Goddess Collection” was reminiscent of the ancient story of Bellydance. The colors that were shared were classic and sentimental. Funari designs a beautiful collection for both women and children.

Her pieces are both feminine and edgy. Janelle’s distinct pieces can be worn both day and night and are intended to be worn while travelling all around the world to places like Egypt, Greece, India, Italy, Spain and Dubai.

This collection includes hand painted silks and intricate details. The goal of this line is to make all who wear the clothing feel the Goddess that is within, and our jaws were certainly agape throughout the show, we were enamoured by the stunning metallics and entrancing choreography!

The choreographed show kept the audience in awe, and delighted our eyes and sartorial palettes.

Which piece from Janelle’s line can you see yourself wearing straight off the runway?
