My Kids Love The Huntington Gardens!

In Kids, Travel by savvysassymoms3 Comments

One of my favorite places in Los Angeles is the Huntington Gardens and for us it is only 4 blocks away!   It is a great place to spend the day with kids!  Once inside there are many beautiful gardens to see; the Desert and Tropical gardens, Lily ponds, Rose Gardens, Japanese and Chinese gardens, with some of the biggest koi fish you will ever see!  There is also a greenhouse that leads to the children’s garden that is a great place for kids to get wet on a hot day.  The café has a great selection of food and even sells kids meals.  The Huntington is also home to an amazing library, museum and great gift shop, but these things I tend to skip when the kids are in toe.

  1. Your pics and blog are great. I loved this entry in particular.

I’m super organized, with multiples, I have to be. I totally get the post-it thing, next to the PC… I have lists of stuff. I just stick everything needing to be filed in a manila envelope… and the “to do list” is always next to the laptop.

    Great blog….

  2. Hello! Stopping by from SITS. Huntington Gardens looks like a beautiful place. Looks like a place my children would enjoy going to. Lucky for you to have such a place so nearby.
