Wee lil’ ones winter wonderland wardrobe

Never fails. The holiday season tends to bring out the sparkles, plaids and sequins in the best of us. Including our wee lil’ fashionistas. Sunday-best ensembles and chic wardrobes become the norm and suddenly moms everywhere are scouring online for brand name kids’ couture from the biggest and best designers. Whether it be for the annual family get together, pictures with Santa, school recital, trip to the Nutcracker or the holiday party of the year, these four-foot style icons are ready to rock the pages of Kiddo Vogue and next year’s Met Ball in the latest kids fashion. I mean, c’mon — wouldn’t you with these looks?

What to wear?

From head to toe, here are my favorite go-to fashions for our favorite mini fancy-pants this holiday season. But, shhhhhh! You are definitely not going to want to miss my tip at the end of this post. I have found a children’s couture website that will make you thrilled that you’ve stumbled upon my little house of style.

Now I’m going to let you in on a little savvy sassy secret… want these fab looks for your tots, but don’t want to break the bank? Have you heard about Borrow Mini Couture? No? Oh, friend — we need to chat! Borrow Mini Couture is a fantastic website (think Rent the Runway for tots,) that offers rental couture children’s clothing from Stella McCartney, Chloe and Dior for the wee ones. Shipping and returns are a cinch and FREE! They also have a “newer than new” guarantee so you can bet that the clothes are in perfect condition upon arrival. My child is going through a major growth spurt and to know I can dress her to the nines, without having to spend a ton on something she’ll where once or twice is worth it to me!

And suddenly, holiday fashion has never been so much fun.

The end.

  1. All of these outfits are so lovely! My daughter is 16 so she wouldn’t fit into any of them LOL!

  2. The fashionista in my would love to say Oscar de la Renta for my boys….but I doubt my husband would be too happy with either the plaid or the velvet.

  3. I’m not into couture, I’m definitely a casual or comfy girl. But having had to buy a suit fr a formal dance last year I can say that the idea of renting items for a holiday party is a good one.
