Beauty for Less at CVS

I must admit I do love to save money but I will also admit that I do not make it a habit to buy store brand beauty products.  As a frequent CVS shopper, I was happy to test out a few CVS brand beauty products to see if they could live up to the name brands.

Some of the newest CVS brand personal care products include a Dark Spot Corrector, Exfoliating Apricot Towelettes, Makeup Perfecting Face Primer, and Keratin Shampoo and Conditioner.  I have to say one of my favorites of the bunch is the CVS Brand Makeup Perfecting Face Primer, a step that is absolutely essential in my beauty routine.  I thought it performed very well and I love that it is priced at around $9.99!

The CVS Brand Exfoliating Apricot Towelettes comes in as a close second in my favorites.  These oil-free towelettes with textured beads cleanse effectively and I love the light fragrance.  Priced at around $4.99, I can definitely save a few bucks buying these instead of a name brand.

Overall, my eyes have been opened to CVS brand beauty and skin care products.  Since they are typically priced at 30-40% less than national brands, I can still enjoy quality products without spending a ton!

Have you tried CVS brand beauty products yet?
