Apple Pie Shakes

In Kids, Living by savvysassymoms4 Comments

I’m not super savvy in the kitchen.  I prefer to stay out of there, but lately I have been getting to know my way around the kitchen.  So, when I hear about an easy recipe that only requires a blender and a few simple ingredients, I’m in.  I’m especially in when it is a great treat for the kids or a great classroom treat to share.   That way I have all the other parents thinking that I’m brilliant.   I heard about these apple pie shakes from the fine people in the Market Pantry over at Target while I was attending the Coca Cola Social Media conference.  (more on that later)  For now, get ready for this delicious take on apple pie.

Disclosure:  I am not a food blogger but sometimes I like to play one.  Just for fun.

Target Market Pantry , Apple Pie Shake Recipe:

Combine:  Spiced Cider, Apples, Ice Cream and Cinnamon in Blender

Pour:  Into a fancy cup (I bought that fancy cup at Target)

Top:  With Whip Cream, Cinnamon and a Vanilla Waffer Cookie.

Serve:  To the cutest kid standing closest to you.

Disclosure:  Not a sponsored post – just a fun treat I wanted to share.  That;s what we do!
