Forget Multitasking! Try Singletasking.

If there’s one thing moms are good at, it’s multitasking. I mean, who else can brush their own hair while simultaneously brushing their child’s teeth and making pancakes? Moms, that’s who.

But, new research shows that you put your multitasking skills aside… whether you’re a mom or not. According to the latest article on Cafe Quill, Forget multitasking: Here’s why you should focus on singletasking, the benefits of doing multiple things at once in the name of efficiency are a myth.

While this is completely rocking the world of my own personal work style (I’m doing at least three things at this very moment…), I’m curious to see if I might get more done using a singletasking method.

What about you? Would you give it a try?
