Mama's got a brand new pair of shoes! Brian James Footwear

Like most girls, I easily get excited about shoes. I expressed my love of Tieks earlier this year and as soon as summer came along I knew that my Tieks would need to be replaced by sandals. I wondered what brand made an extremely comfortable pair of sandals to replace my Tieks and just like that – Brian James Footwear snuck up on me.

Brian James Footwear is a brand new shoe line created in 2012 by Angela Edgeworth, founder of the award winning pediped® footwear, one of the best children’s footwear lines on the market. Angela named her new shoe line after her husband, Brian James. Besides her daughters, her two greatest loves are shoes and her husband, so she felt that it was fitting to name this line after him.

I was sent a pair for my savvy review and I thought these would be perfect sandals to take with me in my adventures in Costa Rica and just like my Tieks I have been sporting these sandals almost every day!

I absolutely love these sandals. Theys are made with a cushioned footbed and a very flexible sole. The flexible and supportive straps also make me feel like I am truly wearing an actual shoe and they look a bit dressy. I choose the congac because its a great neutral color that will go with practically any outfit. The high quality materials and construction of these shoes and the classic style makes me feel that my outfit is “put together”, even if it’s just to run to the market. These sandals make a great travel shoe for either an island getaway or touring through the city. I love that they are simple, classy and comfortable.
