There will be a first for everything! BabyCenter Milestones

In Baby, Kids by savvysassymoms40 Comments

Babies will accomplish many milestones in their first year of development and as a proud parent you will want to shout it from the rooftops and share it with everyone you know!  The first smile, lifting their head, rolling over onto their tummy, sitting up, pulling themselves up, standing solo and then taking their very first step.  All lof these milestones will need a place to be recorded and shared with family and friends instantly.  BabyCenter Milestones is a new online timeline that makes it easy to record these special moments,  upload pictures and share baby’s latest developments.

Once you register your child into the milestones program they will have a sliding calender that will display their picture on the date they did something new and exciting.   You can also write a description of the event like where it took place, who was there or what time it happened.  This is the new digital way to create a baby scrapbook that can be e-mailed to your sister living in another state or posted on facebook without having to leave the site.  Not to mention, all those new pregnant friends you met from the BabyCenter Birth Month Club, will want to see how your baby is growing outside the womb!

BabyCenter Milestones isn’t just for babies, there are many more achievements to keep track of.   There will be many First’s!   First haircut, first playdate,  first time using a fork or spoon, jumped, first sentance, sang the ABC’s, started potty training,  and first day of preschool.

  1. My favorite milestone so far is my little man learning to roll over. He does it so fast now, and gets a big smile on his face like he’s so proud of himself.

His latest and greatest is SLEEPING through the night!!!!!

  16. My favorite milestone was the first giggle 😉

  17. Yes – Sleeping through the NIGHT should be considered a milestone – I never thought about that! That is the BEST when you wake up and realize you didn’t have to get up in the middle of the night!!

  18. when my baby lifted his head while doing tummy time. He really hated tummy time and I could only let him on his tummy for like 2 minutes and then he was all cranky so I thought it would take him forever to master the lifting, and I was sooo happy when he finally was able to do it

  19. My favorite milestone is my daughter walking. she walks over to the couch crawls up in my lap and will just have her own little conversation. most wonderful thing ever!

  20. rolling over….the shock on their face when they do it. Sometimes they don’t expect to roll over fast and they look stunned
