This season I have found plus size pants that are both beautiful and flattering. Fall trend for pants and jeans are wide leg trouser style.

When wearing a trouser style pant the pant leg should go straight down from the hip. Make sure the leg opening at the bottom doesn’t flare too much.

The trick to wearing plus size pants to maximize the flattery to your shape, is not to have it snug in the hips, and then taper down to a flare. When that happens there is too much emphasis on the hips and butt. If you like the pants to taper then have them taper down all of the way much in the way skinny jeans would.

These types of pants can be worn with so many different styled tops. These tops look great with any one of these flattering pants. You can see how you can dress up and down the pants depending on the shirt you wear. The fabulous thing about trouser pants is that they are much more versatile than people perceive them to be.
